Who we are

Occasionat is an events‑services marketplace operated by HAANK ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), your role (customer or provider), provider business details and trade‑licence information, bookings and messages you create, photos you upload, reviews, a device push‑notification token if you enable notifications, and basic device/usage data needed to run the app.

How we use it

To create your account, connect customers with providers, process bookings and payments, enable messaging, verify providers, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with the law.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own privacy policy — we never store your full card number. If you are a provider receiving payments online, Stripe collects the identity and bank details it needs to pay you out (via Stripe Connect); we receive only your payout status, not your full banking details.

Sharing

We share only what is needed: your booking and contact details with the provider/customer you transact with, and data with the service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and push notifications. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it.

Children

Occasionat is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app.
